The Co-operative Wholesale Society(CWS) was formed in 1863(or 1911) in Manchester, England.

It is well-known for it trade name ‘Clarence’ & ‘Windsor’.

Windsor: co-operation with Sadler

Later M&Aed to Hammersley and operated with trade name ‘Royal Windsor’
